1. Who we are
IC Manager is operated by 0&1 Clarity AB (org. nr. under registration) in cooperation with Broman Juridik AB (org. nr. 559174-9974), a Swedish law firm specialising in intellectual property law.

2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal data when you use IC Manager:
- Account data: your email address and company name, used to authenticate and identify your account.
- Portfolio data: trademarks, designs and domain names you or your attorney enters, including registration numbers, dates and jurisdictions.
- Usage data: basic information about how you interact with the app (login events, feature usage). No tracking or advertising data is collected.
- Messages: messages sent between you and your attorney through the in-app messaging feature.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and display your IP portfolio in the app.
- To enable communication between you and your attorney.
- To send renewal reminders and deadline alerts.
- To generate PDF certificates of your trademark portfolio.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com), a secure cloud database hosted in the EU. Supabase is compliant with GDPR and ISO 27001.
Access to your data is protected by row-level security and authenticated sessions. Only you and your attorney at Broman Juridik AB can access your portfolio data.
5. Self-managed entries
You may add IP rights directly to your portfolio yourself ("self-managed entries"). These entries are not verified by Broman Juridik AB and the firm accepts no responsibility for their accuracy, legal status or effect. Self-managed entries are clearly marked in your portfolio and in any PDF certificate generated through the app.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

7. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by Swedish law. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
8. Third-party services
IC Manager uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and authentication (privacy policy)
- Google Play — app distribution on Android (privacy policy)
- EUIPO eSearch API — official EU trademark database, used to import publicly available trademark data
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
