Terms of Service — IC Manager

⚠️ Important: Creating an account in IC Manager does not constitute a formal attorney-client relationship with Broman Juridik AB. A formal engagement requires a separate agreement.

1. The service

IC Manager is an IP portfolio management tool operated by 0&1 Clarity AB in cooperation with Broman Juridik AB. It allows users to view, track and manage intellectual property rights including trademarks, designs and domain names.

2. Account types

Attorney-managed accounts are set up by Broman Juridik AB for existing clients. The attorney is responsible for the accuracy of entries in these portfolios.

Self-registered accounts (free plan) allow anyone to create an account and manage their own IP portfolio. These accounts are independent of any attorney-client relationship.

3. Self-managed entries — disclaimer

Entries marked as "Self-managed" are added by the user directly. Broman Juridik AB:

Has not verified the accuracy, validity or legal status of self-managed entries
Accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or consequences arising from self-managed entries
Does not provide legal advice in connection with self-managed entries
Is not your attorney in relation to self-managed entries

4. Free plan limitations

The free plan allows up to 4 trademarks/designs and 10 domain names. Exceeding these limits requires an upgrade. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.

5. No legal advice

IC Manager is an information tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes legal advice. Renewal dates, deadlines and status information are provided for informational purposes and should be verified with a qualified attorney before relying on them for legal decisions.

6. Account inactivity

Free accounts that have not been accessed for more than 3 months may be suspended or deleted. You will receive an email notification before any such action is taken.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with Gothenburg District Court as the first instance.
